The effect of Fe additive coated in different time periods to Ni catalyst on the growth of CNTs by TCVD method

We have synthesized Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) by thermal chemical vapor deposition (TCVD) and using mixture of different gases. A thin film of Ni was coated as catalyst on a silicon substrate by ion beam sputtering .The effect of Few additive coated in different time periods to Ni catalyst on the growth of CNTs were investigated .The prepared CNTs were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Raman spectroscopy.
