Hotel Reservation

Hotel reservations can be made on-line when you register to the congress. The hotels are all situated in the city centre of Stockholm at Skanstull and next to the Congress venue.The Congress venue Stockholm International Fairs is accessible with public transportation. All hotel rooms in all rate categories have private bath with shower or tub, telephone, television, pay-TV and breakfast facilities.

Rate Categories and Hotels

Rate Category A
4-5 star superior hotels with minimum one restaurant, lobby bar and room service. Some with health club. Situated in the city centre. The following hotels are included in this Rate Category:

- Radisson SAS Hotel Royal Viking
- Scandic Hotel Sergel Plaza
- Hotel Kung Carl

Rate Category B
4 star hotels with a restaurant in the hotel or in the vicinity, lobby bar and limited room service. Situated in the city centre and at Skanstull (Clarion Hotel Stockholm). The following hotels are included in this Rate Category:

- Nordic Sea Hotel
- Clarion Hotel Stockholm
- Best Western Wallin Hotel
- Rica Hotel Stockholm (Double rooms)
- Rica Hotel Kungsgatan (Double rooms)
- Freys Hotel (Double rooms)

Rate Category C
3-4 star hotels with a restaurant in the hotel or in the vicinity, lobby bar and limited room service. Situated in the city centre or next to the Congress venue (Rica Talk Hotel). The following hotels are included in this Rate Category:

- Rica Hotel Stockholm (Single rooms)
- Rica Hotel Kungsgatan (Single rooms)
- Freys Hotel
- First Hotel Amaranten
- Hotell Tegnérlunden
- Rica Talk Hotel

Rate Category D
3 star hotel with a bar. Situated next to the Congress venue. The following hotel is included in this Rate Category:

- Hotell Älvsjö- Fully booked!

Rate Category E
Youth hostel with a bar. Shower and WC in the corridor. Situated next to the Congress venue. The following youth hostel is included in this Rate Category:

- Youth Hostel Älvsjö (same building as Hotell Älvsjö) Fully booked!


The rates below are per room, per night, including full breakfast buffet, tax and service.

* Please note that this is only a deposit. If the actual cost is less than the requested deposit, we will only charge the actual cost.

Hotel accommodation will be reserved and confirmed only when Congrex has received your hotel deposit, as indicated above. The deposit will be deducted from the hotel bill when checking out of the hotel. For payment details, see under payment.

Congrex reserves the right to book another hotel category if the desired accommodation should be fully booked.

To ensure that the hotel reservation will be made as required, please pay the appropriate deposit upon your reservation, as soon as possible but no later than 2 May, 2007. After this deadline accommodation and rates will be confirmed according to availability.

The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and guaranteed on the registration form, should you check out before confirmed departure date or in case of no-show.

All reservations are handled by Congrex. Possible changes of your hotel reservation as well as cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
