Registration and Payment
The registration packages include:
Single Room Package SEK 4000 (including VAT)
The price includes 2 hotel nights in single room including breakfast, coffee and
lunch during the meeting and dinner at First Hotel Linné on 29 June.
The dinner and tour on Saturday 30 June offered by the Swedish Vacuum Society.
Double Room Package SEK 3500 (including VAT)
This package cost is per person if the room is shared with another IUVSTA member.
The price includes 2 hotel nights in a shared double room including breakfast,
coffee and lunch during the meeting and dinner at First Hotel Linné on 29 June.
The dinner and tour on Saturday 30 June is offered by the Swedish Vacuum
Society.
Double Room Package SEK 6625 (including VAT)
This package includes an accompanying person.
The price includes 2 hotel nights in a double room including breakfast, coffee
for the delegate attending the meeting and lunch for both the delegate and the
accompanying person during the meeting. The package also includes dinner for two
at First Hotel Linné on 29 June.
The dinner and tour on Saturday 30 June is offered by the Swedish Vacuum
Society.
Please note that the accompanying person is not allowed to participate in the
meeting.

Payment
Please indicate your name and the payment reference number 0705/ECM102 on all
money transfers.
The Meeting secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds
transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or
invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the Meeting secretariat accept charges
of bank fees associated with the transfer.
Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:
- American Express, Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard may be used for all charges.

As from 3 weeks before the Meeting we only accept credit card as payment.
Registrations, hotel reservations, tours and events will be confirmed when
Congrex has received payment.
Admission to the Meeting is granted only if Congrex has received the
registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof
of payment to the Meeting. Failure to produce this on request gives Congrex the
right to charge the amount to your credit card.
Visa and Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa
and authorisation to attend the Meeting should contact Congrex Sweden at
ivc17@congrex.com.
The invitation does not financially obligate the Meeting in any way. Expenses
incurred are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
