Exhibitor Badges and Hotel Reservation
The number of free registrations per company varies depending on which package
your company has booked. Additional badges can be ordered for SEK 950 including
VAT.
To register your staff to the congress and to book hotel rooms you need the
code for registration for exhibitors (which you will receive upon
application for exhibition from Congrex) and then you enter
here to
proceed
To be able to make a correct registration of your staff to the congress you need
to know which kind and how many registrations that are included in your
exhibition booking;

one free registration for the congress,
one exhibitor registration. |
| Standard package: |
one free registration for the congress,
two exhibitor registrations. |
| Floor space: |
one free registration for the congress per
9 m2, two exhibitor
registrations per 9m2. |
You have the possibility buy more exhibitor badges for 950 SEK to including VAT
if you need to bring more persons from your company to the congress. If you
register for more free badges than you are entitled to we will invoice you for
the amount.
Included in the different registrations are:
Exhibitor – free registration for the congress: includes the
welcome reception, admission to all lectures, admission to the
exhibition area, documentation and coffee
Exhibitor badge (free or 950 SEK): includes the welcome
reception, admission to the exhibition area and coffee but no
admission to the sessions or documentation. |
The exhibiting companies will pick up their badges in the registration desk at
Stockholm International Fairs at the “Exhibitors counter”. The registration desk
opens on 1 July 16.00-20.00 and will be open during the following hours:
1 July 2007 13.00-20.00
2 July 2007 07.00-18.00
3 July 2007 07.30-19.00
4 July 2007 07.30-19.00
5 July 2007 07.30-18.00
6 July 2007 07.30-13.00

Hotel reservation A number of hotels in different price categories, ranging from luxury hotels to
budget hotels, have been pre-booked for the Congress. You book hotel rooms
through the registration page after you have made the registration. Make your
choice among the Rate Categories and pay the deposit required. If you would like
to stay at the official exhibitor hotel Rica Talk Hotel (or any other particular
hotel), please write this in the Remarks box.
Special exhibitor rates are
available for all exhibitors at the Rica Hotel Talk for reservations
made before April 2, 2007;
